Who are we and what is the Commercial Property Management Guide?
When we were taking over as landlords, we were avidly searching for information on the subject. We knew that knowledge was power, and the more we studied, the better landlords we would be. However, upon searching for commercial property management landlording materials, we could not find much on the subject. In fact, we could find little quality information even about land-lording in general!
Well, “enough is enough,” we said. We decided that we were going to be the ones to provide the information that we were looking for. If we couldn’t find this information, how many other people are out there that cannot find it also? That’s why we’re here, dedicated to serve you and help you with your landlording education.
This website started with a quest to find commercial property management material, so that’s why we titled it “Commercial Property Management Guide.” However, we are dedicated to giving you information on all types of landlording, both commercial and residential, because we have found a lack of both types of information.
